While there exists many isolate strains commercially available, the original culture kveiks are unfortunately much harder to come by. We aim to make original farmhouse cultures more readily available to the public so that you can reap the benefits of these ancient yeasts and brew your best beers. Forget everything you thought you knew about brewers yeast. Brewing with kveik allows you to pitch less yeast, ferment in a matter of days, and at temperatures ranging from 16°C up to 40+°C, and produces complex flavour profiles ranging from the clean and crisp to the fruity and funky.
