RETURNS does not permit the return of purchased products in exchange for a refund once the order has been dispatched. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned and refunded under UK law. These include perishable goods and foodstuffs such yeast. Kveikshop reserves the right to reject requests for refunds where goods have been returned due to the recipient's decision to not collect, and/or pay any applicable customs fees upon collection, of their parcel. We permit cancellations of orders that are yet to be dispatched. You do not have to give a reason for cancelling any such purchase. In such cases we will refund you in full.





If you have received confirmation that you are due a refund, but haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to the return address specified on your package.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
